Mental Health Consultant
Family Service of Greater Baton Rouge is seeking a Mental Health Consultant (MHC) to
provide consultation services in collaboration with childcare centers to enhance the provision of care to meet the behavioral/emotional needs of children and their families. MHC services
are provided for the Tulane Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation Supports
and Services (TIKES) program in an 11 parish area.
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of a graduate degree in clinical counseling, applied developmental psychology, clinical social work or a closely related field; appropriate licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of Louisiana; and completion of specialized training in mental health or capability to complete training in infant mental health.
